From Concept to Certification
As an engineering partner, we support projects from the initial concept through to certification. We rely on carefully designed development and certification strategies that reduce costs and mitigate risks. We are well-versed in the relevant standards – including EASA CS-23, CS-25, CS-27, CS-29, CS-LSA, CS-VLA as well as various AMCs, ACs, and ASTM standards. This ensures that new solutions are not only highly innovative but also fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
Our Expertise
Aircraft Interior
We develop and engineer cabin interiors – from executive and VIP cabins to medevac layouts and commercial passenger cabins with monuments, galleys, cabinets, lavatories, and stowage solutions. Our focus lies on lightweight construction, modularity, and passenger experience – while meeting specific requirements such as HIC (Head Impact Criterion), emergency egress, and flammability.
Mission & Special Equipment
We develop and integrate mission-critical equipment for a wide range of applications. This includes medical systems (such as stretchers and device mounts), cargo and utility solutions (from hooks to loading lifts), as well as mission consoles and sensor integrations. Our focus lies on ease of use, proven reliability, and seamless integration into the overall system.
Seating Systems
We engineer both conventional and specialized seating systems for a wide range of applications – from simple seats with standard restraint systems to highly functional seats with shock absorbers and integrated airbags. Key factors are comfort, usability, and lightweight design. Our expertise covers seat design and integration based on ARP5526, as well as structural and crashworthiness substantiation in accordance with AS8049 and AS8049/1.
Airframe
In the field of airframe engineering, our focus is on stress analysis. We support the development and certification of structures and structural components with an emphasis on weight efficiency and manufacturability. Our expertise spans the full range of analysis and testing – from static, fatigue, and damage tolerance assessments to impact events such as bird strikes or tire bursts, for both metallic and composite structures. In addition, we possess proven know-how in material qualification for safety-critical applications. This ensures that structures we work on are lightweight, efficient, safe, and certifiable.
